I would like to buy a high flow cat to stick in my exhaust before I get it pro-tuned. Any 3 incher will do. I'm just going to take it to Lous and have them hack it in.

Slap a thunderbolt in there!

Seriously, I have one in my exhaust, and it's nice. When I put it in a stromung race pipe, the ends actually fit over the stromung pieces, so the weld was very solid. No problems in the past two years and 30k miles.

Right on, they put my cat and silencer in. Don't be an idiot like me and just bring in the pipe; take your car in so they can get a correct fitment.
