sorry but 99.7% of us have not even been in a real STi let alone know how to change the code for its security system.

you may want to try forums from countries that actually have the STi (everywhere else except the USA ).

I'm going to make alot of assumptions here but assuming you are in the UK, and assuming something along the lines of a Thatcham immobiliser is fitted to the car and that is what is requiring the code, Thatcham = Clifford = Directed Electronics (http://www.dei.com) and they can help you reset the code for what on my system is called Blackjack (I have a Clifford system). Assuming all those assumptions are close to the mark DEI will be able to help. If they aren't, I have no idea what security code your STi has . Tell us more .

the name is "SA080 subaru dual stage security (alarm) system"
the Subaru Dual Stage Security System consists of two toally separate systems.
therefor each system is controlled separately. there is the Remote Upgrade System which is remotely operated via the Open and Lock buttons on the original vehicle keys, and there is the Keypad Operated System which requires the user to enter a User Code on the keypad to control its functions.
