Awesome Trueno, that should be a good show.
I hear you'll be offering a deal for detailing at cost, for VIC members prior to the show. Anymore info about that?

I was thinking of selecting a wide variety of us VIC guys cars to show off.

Anybody interested?

I was just thinking Subaru's only, but not limiting it to just the Impreza,

Different colours would be nice, don't really need to show off all WRB cars

Screw the detailing... everyone should go out and get their cars as dirty as possible and show up in true rally fashion!

**** that noise. I think there is way too much douchebaggery that goes on at these type of things.

Sorry to be a poorsport.

The cyncial side of me says this is just a Johnny Bravo angle to drum up a little detailing business

Please don't be an ass about it shawmacs. The whole bash Revscene thing got old a long time ago.

The bottom line is, if you want to go, then go. If not, don't be a poor sport and speak poison about it, because it's not true. These meets are very well run, and a hell of a lot of fun for those who partake.

As for the detailing angle, homeboy's willing to do your car for the cost of materials.
That in itself is worth it!

Sorry, shouldn't be a poor sport. Wasn't bashing Revscene specifically per se. I am just rather selective about the meets I go to, including VIC meets, as I recall you are too.

I am just cautious about any large, predominately male "get together" because there is always a few "my wang is bigger than your wang" jackassess that seem to ruin it for everyone, and everyone present gets painted with the same broad brush.

And my dig on Johnny was just teasing; the poor guy would suffer if he ever had to detail my dirt queen

There are the douchebags who show up to the RS meets, but they are usually morons in Mustangs, and they are just cop bait anyways

Exactly !
Don't stereotype RS . . quite so much (I know it is no Nasioc or VIC for that matter, but there are still some cool guys and girls that come out and make it enjoyable as well ! !

It's true RS has more Dildos than VIC but like Truenosan said, they make a great "show" and or distraction for the police

That's about the time the Subaru clubs slyly sneaks out the back door
(Please no bandit jokes Jeff and Brent . . . . Cause i know you will ) haha

I'll be going. I've been to the spring meet for the last 7 years or so and it's always enjoyable. Regarding the few douchebags, you guys have already said it best. Hopefully I can get my new wheels put on by the meet.

I'd be interested in this, don't have the location or products to do this where I am living.

What are you talking about both my wife and I have attended three of there meets and had a good time at all. They had relay race's, door prize's etc and had Richmond RCMP that help keep Coquitlam RCMP for shutting it down...... Freaking Super Store manager was bitching we were parking in A&W's parking lot with their premisson!
