If it's tuned right, it should pull away pretty handily. Especially once you start winding it out all the way.
CSS, snicker! (I was in on the 1st group buy.) |

If you're on a wrx 5-speed you will eat a stage 2 STi for lunch.
From a dig, from a roll.. everything but a road course. |

remember that a hybrid has higher CR's, even at 18 psi he would destroy a stage 2 sti. Now the real question comes up. Will his driveline be able to withstand the additional torque?

my 07 with fp 20g 8cm on 18psi would pull on a stage 2 sti no problems. I'd pull away slowly in the midrange but as soon as we got up in the rpm it was no contest.

....... well i would say sti just because the tranny can handle the 20G to be pushed harder. Other then that, no clue. You have to be way more descriptive. Does the STi have built internals? Is it running stock injectors? Is it with meth and 25psi??? to many variables.

300 lbs, powerband and gearing.....
really? pump gas 20g's in the 11's is common? links? yeah the 16 bit ECU licks ballz. The 300 g/s MAF limit and the 24.75 psi boost limit are pains in my arse. My HTA Green is maxing my MAF at ~5000rpm. The MAF problem can be worked around by getting a larger MAF tube and running a half MAF scale (IE 150g/s = 300 g/s and 300 g/s = 600g/s, basically just divide your whole MAF scale by 2, then divide all your loads by 2). The boost problem can be overcome by always running less than 24.75 psi or by rescaling the MAP sensor so 24.75 psi is actually something like 30psi....basically you just shift the whole MAP scale down by 5 psi so when the ECU says you're at 22psi your actually at 27psi....this allows you to run higher boost and still keep the boost limit fuel cut working.
