The Canadian Heinz ketchup uses the old American recipe with sugar and no high fructose corn syrup.

The American Heinz ketchup recipe was altered in the 80's to remove the sugar and high fructose corn syrup was added in it's place.

On the other hand, I've never had a really good peach.

I guess when you're adding a tiny bit of ketchup to fries smothered in salt/vinegar, it's hard to tell the difference

man did I ever have a shock when I ordered an American Ice tea. The amount of sugar that I had to add to make it sweet made me not want to drink iced tea anymore

Their ice tea is actually just that iced water with a tea bag in it... You have to ask for Nestea if you want the sweet stuff... I have made this mistake many many times

But yeah, the Canadian ketchup is sweeter than the US version.

agreed, americans don't know what they're missing out on when it comes to iced tea. I was 5yo the first time I had american iced tea and I started crying in the resturaunt because I was so devastated.
