Thumbs up What should I buy? (Other than a Ferrari.)

Okay guys/gals, here's the dilly:

I have $100 credit at an imported car parts dealer. What should I buy? I'm thinking either a Momo shift knob or pedals or a pair of driving lights.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Oh man what I would give for a 100 dollar credit. The only thing is I would have no idea what to do with it either. I would say not to get driving lights because our cars already have kick ass lighting. And the momo shift knob is just a thing for looks. I have some racing pedals and I think they are great so I would get them, but you don't have to spend 100 dollars on them, you can get cheap ones for 25 bucks at pep boys and no one not even you can tell the difference. I like things that make a performance gain, but thats just me. Have fun with your 100 dollars.

How 'bout a pair of them stylin' racecar driver's shoes made by "Piloti"? (if you don't already have a pair of driving shoes)

Or maybe a set of metal swaybar links?

Maybe a rear sway bar (in the JC Sports Group Buy), if you don't have one yet. If not, I would save it and put it towards springs or something suspension, or tires.

Good luck,

I'd suggest driving lights but I've always been one for having the Sun on the front of my vehicles. If you haven't upgraded your rear swaybar yet I would do that, unless your concerned about your auto-x class.

Cool

I'm definitely not concerned about my autox class... The only mod I have is a Recaro and I'm running STS, and Pilot and I seem to take over 2 of the top 3 spots in STS every time.
I was planning on installing an anti-lift kit and a Whiteline adjustable bar, but I'm doing a whole suspension next year, so I've decided to hold off and do all the handling mods at the same time.
Thanks for the input! Here is my new list of choices (so far): Ferrari , racing pedals, driving lights, or driving shoes.

You have a shifter yet? The Kartboy shifter is exactly $100.

Personally, I wouldn't put off the rear bar. My car is way more controllable in corners since I installed my Whiteline bar(set at 18mm).
However, if you've narrowed it down, I would have to say driving lights are the way to go. I've got a set of PIAA 1500XT's and they greatly improve the width of the high beam light pattern.

Yeah, a rear bar is a great 1st mod.

Yeah, that's it, that's the ticket. Yeah.

Why wait? Even if you're going to be doing a handling overhaul next year, you'll still need the bar.

You will be geniunely surprised.
