Default My Stage2 1/4 Time finally

Took my stage 2 to track. (06 Wrx Ltm)
Cobb AP v2 / TBE, FMIC, Tuned
17x9 255 Falkens all around
Eibach Coilovers

60' 1.84
1/8th 8.55
1/4 13.4
Trap 99.4

I did a 1.80 flat 60' but missed 4th some how and traped 100.5 et was 13.5
Track closed before i was able to get another run in.
New to the sub just bought it and first run was a 2.15 60' et 13.998
Brought it all the way down with 4 runs to the 13.4
Wish i had more seat time but was wondering if this was a decent time or bad driver mod.
250hp/348tq Topspeed Tuned
Will post times slips as soon as i get ahold of a scanner, and dyno sheet.

13.4 is pretty darn good for a 99mph trap....

you can compare to other times/traps here
http://www.scoobymile.com/index.php?...ch_results=200

You might be able to break 12's on race gas, but i doubt it....the td04 is pretty much toast above 5000rpm.

Time to get an 18g or 20g

Not bad for your first time out ..You may want to try something different than those wide tires if possible. But hey, you'll have plenty of time for that! CONGRATS!

13.4 is smokin! Are your hp/tq #'s @ the wheel? Thats a lot of torque. You have probably heard, watch out for 3rd gear.

Nice. When I was trapping 99 mph, I couldn't match your 13.4, even with similar 60' times. It took upgrading the incooler, taking off my catback, and trapping 101-102 to match your 13.4. That means to me that you can shift faster than I can. Props. Plans to upgrade?

With ALL that torque, AND you managed a 99-100 .

On my 2.0 I trap consistently trap 100-101, WITH only 240wtq (Dynojet). WTH?. And not the best et's either, again with so much torque.

I was waiting for that

Good run man. Im sure with a little bit of practice down the strip you can get it a tick faster.

What RPM are you shifting at? That TQ number is down near 3k rpm, so it's not like it the car is EVER at 3k rpm on a drag strip... If I remember, peak whp is down near 4500rpm, so shift early

First times shifted close to redline and was bad 60' and et. Then remembered power band and shifted at the end of it and got better times.

Mods are listing in the begining statement.

Sorry about that, just had the Tila signed pic from HIN sitting on table.

As far as RPM goes it is just as important what range you shift into as it is what range you shift out at. Glad you are having fun with it.
