Default Importance of Upgrading Fuel Pump?

(Yes, I have searched this topic to death....)

By mid summer, my car will have the following mods:

Unichip
TurboXS downpipe, midpipe, muffler
Godspeed Uppipe
PE1818 Turbo
STi Injectors

My questions are:

1. Will I need to upgrade the fuel pump?

2. If I do need to upgrade the pump, what else will I need to do? Have the Unichip retuned? Get a pressure regulator?

Thanks,

Sam

Yeah, but if I get the pump, do I need to have anything else done?

The supra might be the best pump but I got the walbro ss342. It is probably rated with a little more flow at high psi. Anyway, I doubt just a pump is going to effect your tune that much. Your fpr should still be able to run the same amount of fp.

I would definitely get one of the aftermarket pumps. I feel this is more important than injectors to be honest. I paid less than $100 for my pump so it is cheap insurance.

Good luck,

Greg

Another vote for the 342. Inexpensive, easy to drop in, lots of flow
