Default ej18 with ej25d heads, possible?

i have a question for the subaru gurus, i want to know if it is possible to mate ej25d heads to an ej18 and not have problems with the valves hitting the cylinder walls or the headgasket not seating right, also would it be possible to run this setup on my stock ej25d ecu and tune with an apexi safc II or would i have to run a perfect power 6 or link ems??

i also plan to run a custom uppipe to either a stock wrx or similar size turbo and run about 10 psi so i will end up needing new injectors and such, but for now, will it physically run ??

Too much bore differential. I don't suggest putting Ej25 heads on anything smaller than an Ej22, though I know a couple of guys have put them on Ej20's.

ok ive found a complete ej25d engine in my price range so i will be doing headgaskets on it, dropping it in and then building my current ej25d with either sti rods and crank or 2.2t rods and crank along with upgraded valve springs and valves and a set of cams
