check engine light comes on and i have utec

So just the the other day my wife noticed when i turned the car on the CEL was on. it never turns on when i start the car. It only turned on when i had the key turned to ACC to run the radio or what ever. But know when i start the car it stays on and turns off with the ABS light. Should i worry or leave it be? The car runs fine, although i have a slippy clutch thats getting fixed tuesday. The clutch should have nothing to do with the CEL right? Could the problem be that i need an oil change? i'm alittle over due.

If it doesn't stay on you shouldn't have to worry. If it starts flashing thats when you worry lol.

That is supposed to happen. It does that in like every car when you just use the electronics.

Ya so it turns off with the airbag light not the abs as said before. But drove it tonight and no CEL as normal. Don't know why I was seeing one at all during start up. Oh well will report back if it comes back.
