Question Do I need to fix these wheels?

I bought a set of OZ Superlagerras off someone on the classifieds. I knew about some curb rash on the wheels which I was okay with. I didn't know (but should have if I had taken a better look at the posted pis) that one wheel is bent and another has a gash taken out of a spoke. Here are the pics.

I'm not too worried about the looks of the wheels, but if it will effect the balance or safety of them. I don't know if the bent rim holds air as they are all low from being in storage. I really don't want to have to spend another $100 or more on each wheel to have them repaired, but I guess I will if they have to be.

I have been on a bent rim in the past. The only issue I ran into was going out in the morning and finding a flat tire if I had parked directly over the dent. For long term sake I would have it repaired, or do what you can to get the buyer to repair them. Did you pay via paypal? Perhaps you can contact them and do a claim on the item not being the quality the add stated.
I had to ride on this rim for a week.

most people wouldnt have even noticed that....i wouldnt worry about the dent in the wheel rim.....but the ding in the spoke id smooth out a bit with a dremel or some 'sandpaper'

Some people have said that they wouldn't trust the ding because of high loads when cornering. It isn't that big so I can't see it leading to a failure. I may try to smooth it out myself.
