Post Bang.... another one bits the dust...

time: Saturday night approx 9pm
place: Sports authority parking lot
event..........

So there I was grabbing a quick burger from mc d's when a wrx rolled past did a quick donut then past me and I waved.
Next he started shifting gears through the parking lot on the road that cuts through it parrallel to the stores and going well over 55 started to slide some, got nervous and locked up the brakes and plowed directly into a light poll. Bounced off and onto the next curb.
Took another bite of my burger then drove over to check on the kid.
Kid: fine minus pride!
Dude just bought the car from conti that day (05 wrx with new motor)
Car: Airbags deployed and front end smashed. He didnt know where the fuse box was so we got his hood open and pulled the fuse to silence the horn.
Talked for a few and his friends showed up. Gave him the number for his one time use to subi roadside assistance and then finished my burger and left....
Dinner and a show

Thinning of the herd...

Too bad he wasn't wearing his sign, you could have stopped him before it was too late.

yes it was blk with spoiler, and the I badge in front. Other than that it looked mostly stock, but considering the guy said it was a "new motor" I assume the dealership installed as such... again poor kid

Oh boy...here we go again...Some one grab the pop corn this should be good.

Everyone makes mistakes some are just worse than others. I plowed a BMW M3 pro rally car into a rock bank on a course once praticing and showing off to the co-driver. Snow and ice on the turn got me but you know the co-driver chick was hot.

No, I was cursing at you.

If we were on the open highway, I wouldn't have given a damn. But it wasn't. There were tons of cars on the road. Slow down, man. You're going to end up dead.

kinda hard to see but wheel was not in the right position at all. I am no expert, but i dont think the wheel is supposed to touch all parts of the fender well
