does anyone know of where i can get bright red bulbs for the gauge cluster and climate control. possibly leds

Not sure about LED's but, there are bulb covers that change the color of the stock bulbs that are pretty popular with the community.

autolumination.com among others sell pre-colored bulbs, colored LED's, and lots of other nifty things.

Bulb condoms reduce light output, and usually take more than one condom to get the desired light output, reducing output even more.
