Probably it has either come unplugged or the wires are broken/shorted.

I believe for the clicking you must plug the green test connectors in under the dash and turn the key on. If there isn't any noise then she's got some issues as stated above.

it has the clicking.
the solenoid seems to actually be fine and working. but i cant seem to clear the CEL.

i fixed it by taking the 12mm nut off the shift linkage and puting the litle round metel cover over the rubber bushing on the shift linkage arm that bolts to the trans. it was tightend up with no metel gaurd, so it wouldnt let the rubber bushing slide bacj and forth...lol

I threw a 45 CEL because a small line from MAP to the BCS came loose (passenger side strut tower)

Is your wastegate connected properly AND moving? get a wrench on it and make sure it's swinging.

Check all the vacuum hoses on teh intake and turbo. I got that error and pulled EVYERHTING apart and replaced the solenoid and it was a hose that had crimped and cracked. Replaced that and no more code!

It is fuel cutting because your MAP sensor is reading a boost level above the fuel cut level.

Something is disconnected/hooked up wrong or your wastegate is stuck.

You haven't mixed up the hoses on your solenoid, have you?

I was messing with my car one day and forgot to plug the MAP sensor hose back in and that's exactly what it did - fast as hell before it hit that cut though.........

problem fixed!

my HKS FCD had a slight nick in the power wire and kept touching to the ECU bracket, so it was shorting out.

heat shrinked it and re soderd the wire and looks new. car work 100% excellent now.

thanks for the help guys. glad to have my car back on the road. now i just need to buy a few interior pieces and what not.

You don't use a reader, look under your steering column and you will find an unplugged black connector. Plug it together and then turn your key to the run position without starting it. Now you can count the blinks of your "check engine" light - long blink = first digit, short blink = second digit
