Default tmic is hitting my clutch slave cylinder

Anyone else run into this problem. I just lost my cap to the clutch master. I was thinking possible the grim speed intake spacers. I have a ej20h in a gc8 with a 02 tmic.

my tmic was rubbing the gc8 ac lines......i took off the tmic and re-torqued everything.....found one bolt was missing.
prob solved
