Default Cheap Sti Pads!!!!!!

15 sets in stock, and they go fast. Get on these so you don't have to wait for me to get more!!!

We've carried these for a long time, but never really pushed them or told folks about them. Despite that they tend to go pretty quick, and we're going to tell folks about them so they go even quicker (more quickly?).

We have in stock many sets of the Stoptech/Centric Posiquiet Semi-metallic pads for the STi.

As I said - they are semi-metallic.

Here's what you get:
A good street pad
Very little noise
VERY VERY VERY little dust
They have a smidge (as in tiny) amount less initial bite
Are extremely linear in braking feel
Are STUPIDLY CHEAP!!!

Here's what one of our customers had to say about them:
One of my only complaints about my STi is how gawdawful the wheels look after only a couple of days driving. To clean them is a huge ordeal and they never get completely spotless. Clint over at Turn In Concepts offered a suggestion to fix this along with quieting the grating/scraping noise that the Brembos make at low speed.

Just before the big SE Region Dragon meet I installed a set of Stoptech Centric Posi-Quiet pads for the stock STi Brembo calipers. I went through a full bed-in process and the initial feel and bite was quite nice. The low speed noise disappeared.

At the Dragon Meet I spent lots of time on the Dragon itself and also sampled many of the challenging side roads in the area. I was very hard on the brakes and they were fade-free and progressive throughout. Even better, my wheels did not turn black like they did with the stock pads!

I washed my car last night after 400 miles of driving and the wheels only had a small amount of brown dust on them that literally hosed off. Wheel cleaning went from a 30 minute ordeal to an afterthought.

Now, when I say cheap, I mean cheap. $85. As in eighty-five dollars....

For front and rear together. All four corners. For $85.

And if you're in the US they get shipped for free.

You really can't beat that (with our without a stick).

You can get them by clicking here.

I run these on just the fronts with the Brembos. I have been very happy with them as a DD type pad. They do not have the bite and fade resistance of the very aggressive pads like the Hawk HP+, but unless you are planning to punish the pads, then they are great.

Sweet, I will order some tomorrow. I was looking for some pads that weren't going going to cost me $200 for a complete set.

Wow lightning fast shipping to me, received today thanks!!!

TiC, One important question:

On box, it said 'Scorched - No break-in required.'

BUT your ad said 'Please note you MUST bed these pads as you've been running ceramics for a while.'

What is best method you recommend then?? thanks

Since they are semi-metallic, and your stock or even hawk pads are ceramic you need to put a boundary layer on the rotor of the new material. Thus why we recommend a bedding for them. while the pads are scorched to burn off the binder you still need that boundary layer.

All,

I have 20 more sets on the way with an ETA of 3/13. given how quickly the 12 sets I had here went it would be wise to pre-order them.

And bonus... Stop tech is Centrec's Performance "leg" so the bedding process is straight from the source....

Clint when you get a chance... give me a call from our PM's on my Wagon set up... If you need to wait until the crew is all back, no worries....
