what else needs to be changed to make this conversion work? is it sticktly just "bolt on and go"?

yes. i hate changing rear drum brakes. i would like to change to disc. i almost got them from a junk yard, but with the no power tool rule, i simply couldnt get the nuts/bolts to break free with hand tools.

As far as I know, you will remove the knuckle with the drums, and put the knuckle with the discs, and thats it. You may need rear disc brake lines.

Unfortunately that long bolt seizes to the hubs...something about putting metal on metal and then exposing both pieces to the elements doesnt work well
