Default 5zigen or APEXi

I would like to see a picture comparison of the 5zigen Fireball and the APEXi N1 exaust side by side.

they both seem like they are close in looks and performance, but i would like to see them on our cars. any help would be appreciated and don't tell me to do a search because i already looked.

The number of people viewing a thread has nothing to do with the number of people who have either of these exhausts . In If you use the thread title to describe specifically what you are looking for (like "Pictures of 5zigen Fireball and the APEXi N1 exhausts instead of "picture comparisons") the people with those exhausts have a much greater likelihood of opening and replying to this thread. The only reason I read it is because I read them all . Nobody with an N1 or Fireball knows you are looking specifically for them .

mine sounds like crap when cold and has been backfiring more lately (doesn't sound as nice when it backfires either)

plus when i shake the exaust it sounds like there are rocks or sand in the muffler.

Ive got an apexi N1 on my RS, it was custom done, so it doesnt look like it supposed to (if there is such a thing).

It comes out level and at an angle (towards the left a little bit).

I can take a pic of it tonight and post it up if I remember.

Its the NA exhaust, not the turbo exhaust... I dont like the thought of having a huge glasspack canister like the turbo canister...Having some back pressure is ok with me...I dont want to be honda boy with no torque.

Oh and btw: you cant believe how loud this mutha is .

well i can tell you a little bit, i've drivin a MY99 RS with N1 cat back and man it was loud, sounded really cool to me, but im a 17 year old kid. i dont know if anyone over the age of say 21 would like anything that loud. and i've drivin a lexus is300 with the ziggen cat back and it sucked, the thing sounded like a can opener at wot. ther person that had it on his car, took it off after only 1 month of use and purchesed a tanabe racing medallion cat back. now as for that i've heard and drivin in a wrx and a is300 w/ tanabe exhaust and imho there isnt anything better sounding or performing than that. looks awsome sounds even more awsome and the price is pretty awsome too. forget ziggen and n1, go for tanabe imo
