i have a built engine, forged internals, and also heads, the car rus fine and strong, the only thing that is driving me crazy is and idle issue, i have tried tuning the car (hydra ems) and there is no way that i could lower idle. It idles around 2k and with the AC on it lowers to 1500ish, i talked to Phil on element tuning and we discarted if the ECU had any problems, even sent it back, some people believe it is some type of leak on the system, also checked and nothing, all pipes, silicone, intercoler was tested! everything seems to be about right! and still there is no way that i get the car to lower the idle, the car runs perfect on boost and drives fine. any help would be REALLY i mean it REALLY APPRECIATED!
TIA guys! Greetings from Venezuela.

Checked the IACV? Is it compatable with the configuration within the Hydra?

did check the TPS settings and recalibrated it, it works like a charm, the car runs fine, IACV was checked also, cleaned and it seems to be working like it should

now mine is having an occasional 2,050rpm idle again! it was doing it non-stop after i tore it apart over winter, recalibrated the tps and it was fine for a almost 2 weeks. now tonight it did it 4 times! the throttle body did bolt down a bit hard, i thought it was just a breather hose hanging it up a bit, guess i need to check that out.

FWIW, i got the problem solved, there was an issue with the gas pedal, took it out, cleaned it, I didnt dare to open it but just sprayed contact cleaner all over the place and problem solved! it was driving me nuts, i checked for all possible problems until i got it figured out! i wanted to thank all the menbers ^^^^ , Phil from element, and Ricky from Hydra! since they showed interest and helped me in some way or another!
