Post attn: 99 White RS owner from Prov. Meet

I just wanted to ask you how you did the gauges in your car. I was checking out the Summit Racing catalog ( I think thats where you said you had gotten yours) and wondered how you mounted them and what wiring you needed etc. Thanks for the help

I think you mean me? Did the car have rims on it?

Anyway, I have VDO Vision series gauges: http://www.vdona.com/online%20catalo...%20frames.html

You can get the part numbers here, and then put them into the www.summitracing.com to get the prices.
I bought an Oil Pressure (I think 0-100 psi) and the EGT gauge (Pyrometer kit). The guages were installed in a Subaru gauge pod I got the Teagues Auto for the $70 w/shipping. The exhaust probe was installed by Rallispec (around $40), and I just ran the wires from the engine compartment to the gauge pod myself.

I was thinking of ordering a "Cockpit Series" gauges in white to see if it was backlit or not. If they are backlit, would you be interested in the black gauges I have and the pod (I think you have a '98), let me know. Not sure what gauges you were thinking of getting.

I was looking for the guy who had the stock rims but had intake, exhaust, S-AFC mounted in the glove box, fuel pump etc.
Thanks for helping anyway I was thinking of getting the oil pressure and the rich-lean fuel gauge. They had the pods in there but only for Honduhs. Teagues has them though? Was it an easy install? and where did you mount them?
