Default Safe fuel system for 500whp

The guys that are running 500ish whp whats your fuel setups look like? I currently have the following and want to see how it stacks up to others before i install everything
Pe 850's
APS Fuel Rails
Walbro 255<---- Questions
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator

Im contemplating getting a bosch 044 fuel pump vs my walbro. Ive heard the bosch's are good for about 550 where i think 500 might be sketchy on one walbro. Is the bosch a drop in like my walbro or is it an inline pump?

I would rather get more then necessary and play it safe also

A quick search would have brought both these up. You should be able to find most everything your looking for in the threads below.

have you ever seen the difference between the walbro and the bosch...you will find out real quick that if the walbro can flow 500whp the bosch can easily flow 600whp

*i have studied the fuel maps, but just going off looks, the thing is beastly

Looks can be decieving - just because something looks bigger does not mean it is better. As technology improves, so does the manufacturing processes and theings tend to get smaller

Also, Bosch make numerous pumps, so you need to be specific or you risk getting incorrect feedback.

Saying that, some of the Bosch pumps easily flow more :P

Flowrates of popular pumps:
Bosch 040 flows 300lph@96psi
Bosch 044 flows 300lph@72.5psi
Bosch 909 flows 148lph@72.5psi

Walbro GSS341 flows 255lph@72.5psi
Walbro GSS342 flows 255lph@72.5psi
