Default Is this Worth $1000, or even worth it

I have an 09 WRX with the following mods

Perrin TMIC
Ividia Catted Downpipe
SPT Exhaust
K&N Drop in Filter
Open Source Road Tune

Wondering if i should spend $1000 on the following or its not worth it.

Perrin equal length headers
Perrin uppipe
Turbo Inlet pipe
Perrin Crank Pully

What do you gurus think.. are all these mods worth the money for the horsepower gain????? or should i buy something else???

Please state your reasoning. thanks a lot

I think you need to read the sticky @ the top of the page.

Dont WAIST you money on that stuff. Theres other things you need at this point the will yield better gains. Unless you just just like to add parts that dont help fix the weak link in the chain...

Search n00b!

I would do it. their small things but could add to be bigger once protuned for it. Or since you have a little power already in the car move to suspension or styling or some other section, just my opinion, but for 1k I would do it.

No, dont get that stuff, I know plenty of 500 whp cars still running stock headers, Put it towards a turbo kit, with of course supporting mods: bigger injectors, fuel pump, Accessport, possibly a fmic (if you dont mind a few hundred more of an rpm lag)

it would definitely help some power in there

but you could always do fuel pump, injectors, larger turbo...intercooler...and have that be part of it

It would help, but you wont get the best bang for the buck.

I'd use the 1000 for some suspension and some exterior/interior/audio mods. BUt then again that's just me.

keep adding power and neglect the most important things on the car, the things that keep your car attached to the road.

power + no grip = no fun.

i say port your stock headers, get some good break pads and some springs, a drop in filter, a walbro fuel pump, and save the rest for injectors and turbo upgrade and tires

tires - $450
front/rear sways + endlinks - done.

the best mod i've ever done was getting rid of the stock tires for some rt615s

Your current mod list looks good (DP,CBE,TMIC,TUNE).

$1,000 would buy you:
Walbro255 FuelPump
Swaybars F/R
17"x8" wheels
225-45-17 Tires -DunlopDirezza Sport Z1 Star Spec

After that, have a look at (JSC Speed):
Tein Super Street Coilovers With Pillowball Upper Mounts
Springrates are much stiffer than stock at: Front: 336 / Rear: 280
Adjustable Height & Dampening
Height range: Front: -1.0" to -2.4", Rear: -0.6" to -2.6"

i dont know if you'd be able to get all that for $1000. if you can, man, that'd be a great deal. but even if you did, that wouldn't include $300-500 for a protune, which would be a good idea after all those mods.

imo, the best thing to do is first off, figure out exactly what your goals are with power, suspension, and brakes. looking at your car for the long run will help you modify your car well without wasting money. then, for power, ask your tuner what he recommends for your goals, and then follow what he says.

I would spend that all on suspension..

but if I were to spend it on power I would get the headers and uppipe. gruppe-s equal length +uppipe or the tomei 3 bolt clones for about 450-500 bucks.

I also have a turbo inlet and crank pulley.

I would definetly do the turbo inlet to open things up, and a intake to further open things up.

I would skip the crank pulley, not worth the money for the limited power gains. great for revmatching...but not much difference in power.

how bout tgvs?
