Figured I'd make a thread just cause I can, plus I didn't want to have to post in 4 different mod of the day threads

Here is this weekends progress:

Pulled engine, wiring harness etc..

Finished stripping the interior, took sound deadning out:

Started to attack some of the rust spots:

And here are the ones I am up against in the future:

Not a bad weekend overall, got a lot done. Thanks manngayer for helping me pull the engine.

A 4age from a GTS. Might do a Minor build on the engine a bit, all depends on what I can get my hands on.

you should drop in a subie engine into it - you can beat the toyota/subaru collaboration to make the new '86'.

Glad to hear! You don't wanna waste your time with a 20V. For all the money and effort, it's not that much of a gain. You'd be even better off with a supercharged MR2 engine...

I don't think i want to deal with a boosted engine. One boosted car is enough.

The 20v will be too big of a hassle, the cost, parts availablity and the reliability of them just doesn't appeal to me. I'd like to grab the itbs from one and work them into the 16v.
