Default FS NJ: Volk CE28n Bronze 16x8

I have a set of bronze Volk CE28n's sized 16x8 with a +42 offset in 5x100 for sale. I had planned to use them for drag wheels, but have too many sets of wheels in my basement right now and wanted to see what the level of interest would be for these. These are perfect for anyone looking for a subtle looking upgrade or just really light wheels. I believe they weigh about 12 pounds. They are in good shape with no curbing. They have blank centercaps that the previous owner attached with some type of adhesive. I removed one and it looks like it would be easy enough to get the adhesive off if you wanted to switch caps, as I also have Volk CF centercaps that I will include in the sale. They also come with the appropriate hubcentric rings installed. The wheel centers have dulled a bit as all bronze CE's do, but they still look really good on the car. The stickers have peeled, but that wasn't a concern for me. However, if you wanted to run the stickers I believe they are available on Ebay. Looking to get around 1,200 for these. Please post or PM with any questions or offers. Thanks for looking.

Dave

Had some requests for pictures on the car, but don't think that I have any. Here is a link to a video that can give an idea of how they looked on my car. Watch it in HQ and you can see them pretty well in the beginning. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBizS...e=channel_page
I don't know if it is just the style or offset, but they fill the wheel wells very nicely for 16's.

Thanks guys, it kills me to sell them but I have another really nice set of wheels and these just didn't get used. Hopefully someone will pick them up quick and put them to good use.

For some reason they look bigger on the car, watch the beginning of the video I posted above.

That was originally the plan, these were supposed to be wearing R comps and used for auto-X and drag, but I didn't use them enough to justify keeping them.

LOL, at some point I may be willing, but I'm gonna hold out just a little longer for cash since harvesting kidneys is so messy. Thanks for the bump.

I have asked around a bit and posted in the recent drag wheel thread in PPB trying to figure that out, but haven't gotten a clear answer. I would be open to having you come test fit them, or bring one to your location for a test fit, if you are interested.

The tires do not have much left on them and are not adding any value to the deal. My price is essentially what I believe the wheels are worth. Thanks for the interest.

I've had a few PM's regarding fitment on different vehicles. I am absolutely open to having anyone that is interested come by for a test fit. To be honest, I would rather that the buyer like how they look on their car before the purchase is complete.

It won't clear brembos because they are 16"...you can forget about the offset and width.
