Looking nice,

The HP curve starts to come down does it not? Have you maxed the turbo?

I asked for a very SAFE tune. Due to not wanting to EVER have to put another block in .Its got WAY more in it. I actually made 377/402 before the header and built block but the tune was WAY to aggressive for a daily driver and i wanted safe and reliable not balls out and on the edge.

Very nice, good power as well. Have to do some research about these turbos and how they compare to other that I have witnessed in the past.

looks pretty safe to me, except for one little knock event around 6K in your graph. Green is a great street turbo!

Yeah the motor was getting SUPER hot on the dyno being as i only have a top mount. That knock wasnt present on the street run though. Thanks for checking it out. It feels great compared to the other tune i was on.lol

Nice numbers! Love the green

Mine has similar numbers as I too didn't want to go balls to the wall since
This car is being tracked often

Just a few questions.

How many PSI at redline?
- EDIT: Saw the boost curve log. Oops!

What kind of timing are you running at peak torque and redline?

Stock TMIC or big after market TMIC?

93 octane and or no meth?

You have some very good numbers! Congrats!

Looks great!

I've got the same exact turbo going in in the next week or 2.
No EWG for me tho, and I'm still on the stock block.

Install & tune will be done by Precision. I'd be super happy to be within ~60 whp of your setup.

Ouch.

My goal is also to be safe. I need this motor to last!

Lets see what Cleo can do with:
07 2.5 stock block
93 Octane - NO meth
FP Green 2.4 7cm
Cobb catted TBE
DW 750 topfeeds
Samco Inlet & Aftamaf
Grimmspeed BCS
Turbo XS TMIC

I'm guessing I should stick under 18psi

EDIT: Sorry for the hijack - just excited to see someone with a very similar setup & same tuner.

your setup is very close to what i have to assemble on my car. except for i have a greddy front mount and my green, heads, tgvs, and intake are pnp'd. if this is what i have to look forward to i will be happy. looks like loads of usable power:smile:

I too have a similar setup

2.4'' 7cm green
DW 740s
AEM CAI
GMS inlet
APS TMIC
Fujitsubo EL headers ceramic coated
APS cast up-pipe
catted helix dp
borla hush cat back

I'm a tinkerer and tune my own car, so who knows what power I'm making though Its fast for sure! 23psi @ about 3900RPM in 4th to about 19.5 at redline, mid 11's AFRs, reasonable timing for 93 octane.

This weekend I reinstall my meth from my stage 2 days and am targeting 24psi across the board with 12.5's AFRs Maybe a couple degrees of extra timing as well.

OP & rest, I really do think this is one of the better daily driver turbos. How many of you got yours used when everyone jumped ship to the DOM 3?

sorry, but the tiny reduction at 5800 is caused by timing pull in response to perceived knock, I have tuned these cars on the dyno before and it's perfectly normal. Like the OP said, the car was really hot on the dyno and the knock wasn't present on the street. That's not uncommon especially since the Dynojet loading and airflow is not the same as the street.

Looks like a strong power curve. Looks very fun for a straight pump gas car. Good job!

20,000 miles with 377/402 @psi. BOV got stuck closed and the pressure had no where to go and BLEW open my intercooler endtanks and i suppose all took a ringland with it aswell. NOT good.

Nice numbers and precision ftw! You thinking about adding meth later on? I added a nice chunk of power when I added meth to my old SZ49 setup. Can't wait to put the new. HFS 6 kit on my 35r and get back to Precision.
