Default EJ25 pistons for EJ257

Am I correct to think that pistons of a +99 EJ25 will fit the EJ257 connecting rods ?

Or is it pre-99 EJ25D pistons that fit the EJ257 rods ?

The normally aspirated engines have a rod length of 5.180, EJ257's have a rod length of 5.137 if you use the NA EJ25 Pistons on EJ257 rods, the pistons will be below the deck by about 1.5mm approx. But the wrist pins will fit, yes.

EJ255 will fit just fine. They are just slightly dished more than the EJ257

Thx for the replies.

I was just worried about the wrist pins.
