Default I got a stiffi, wanna see? :)

See!

What a pain in the ass to install though I watched the video on how to install it online and the dude made it look so simple. It took him like 15 minutes to do the full install, took me about 3 hours. But at-least its done and I think it looks killer. And it made the spoilder so strong I actually sat on it (to cure the double stick) and it didn't flex, not that it really matters. I got them just for the look

Advice to people attemping to install Stiffi's in the future
1) Do not, and I repeat DO NOT! drop the nuts off the end of the rachet when trying to take off the top of the spoiler, if you drop it you will need to take the spoiler off to get it back or be really good fishing with magnets on the ned of a string (that didn't work for me).
2) Do not strip the screws when trying to remove the old screws from the top of the spoiler to put in the new ones that came with the stiffi, for some reason these screws are held in with the force of god and even with a very large screw driver I managed to strip 2 of them (cost me 30 minutes).
3) If you do take the whole spoiler off the car remember to push the light cable for the spoiler light back down though the trunk Forgetting this step will lead you swearing and having to remove 12 bolts to fix it when you realize you forgot.
4) Realize in the video that he does not tell you that you need to drill the holes in the Stiffi to put the bolts though, yeah they dont come pre-drilled. Didn't find this out until it was show time Just remember that when you drill bowl out the holes a little bit so you can move the screw around a bit otherwise nothing will ever line up!
5) Own lots of tools. I used 10mm socket, extension, rachet, 3 screw drivers, allen key, hammer, pliers, magnet, gun (9mm minimum) and some napalm! (last 2 are not required but nice to have when things go south)

I also threw on the NWIC sticker I've had for years, now maybe someone will spot me!

I was actually considering it because I wanted to go for as close to as authentic rally as possible. But now I'm glad I let the price scare me away since installing 2 of them almost killed me

Two looks good. I usually see people using 1 or 3. I think two is the perfect balance.

and at least all your hard work paid off and it looks awesome. Are you going to have them painted?

I purchased color matched aspen white paint to paint them but decided not to because I wanted them to stand out and compliment the CF exhaust guard. The car has a lot of black trim around the windows and such and this sets it off . If I painted them white I think they would be too stealth however if someone does it I would love to see what it looks like.

Your Taco is not herra frush.

The wing thingies look nice. I wouldn't paint them - from a 3/4 angle it would make a big wall of white.

haha well - normally my money would be going towards my own STI, but I guess I'm feeling nice lately, and I'm sure it definitely won't be the last thing I buy for his car...guess he's a lucky guy huh? jk.

Yeah, the tires are pretty small I have always loved the wing and the hood scoop since it sets the car out from every other sedan on the road.

Yeah, we all need a girl like this My wife hates my STI, she always bumps her head or something else getting in and out of it and the ride is so rough she says its painful and uncomfortable to ride in.

I supose if you really want it to look just like the rally car you could space them yourself and install them with Epoxy or 3M automotive trim tape which would hold them like cement. I just wanted to use the screws
