Default WTB: Winter wheels for 2004 STi

Looking for a cheap set of wheels for the STi for winter, no rush (obviously). Prefer cheap, but don't be shy. If they have winter tires already mounted that would be a plus.

Funny I have just what you want mint rims for 400 dollars that are on my winter tires I am keeping but the rims dont fit my 06. Now pics
