Check my post "hot mess"... Its in the mid 300's now with a 20g but when I had a bolt-on 35r in land of 93 octane pump, it put out 417.

Like an eltric / gas drivetrain hybrid?

Edit:
Epic Fail on my part...
Didn't figure people were throwing parts of EJ engines together...

Meh bad.

Sorry, no real numbers to post on hybrid engines that I built, but the transmissions are keeping me in business.

My hybrid setup makes more than 400.

BTW proven power might be a better place for this .

They are ported v6 heads (same as usdm v7 heads) with oversized valves, upgraded springs and v6 sti cams. I thought they were v5 originally but I finally heard from the previous owner that they were indeed v6. Not sure if there is any difference.

The rest of the mods
2.5 block with Mahle pistons
t3/t04s rotated kit from Ultimate Racing
ebay FMIC
SMC meth kit
Perrin twin tip cat back
Original stock 5mt

Your whole post intrigues me. Your making 500 on what type of gas? I didnt think that kit from UR would get you to 500. What type of dyno was this on. Can you elaborate please? What headgasket did you use?

Im wondering whether a non-rotated turbo can hit those numbers like a dom4 or atp gt35r?

I built an interesting hybrid.
Block: EJ22t
Crank: 2.5L Sti
Heads: 02 wrx polished with built valvetrain

I ran a GT4088 and made 488whp on pump gas on a low reading dyno dynamics dyno. Made almost 600whp on C16. Revs a little past 8k. Poor baby is in storage now because I moved and have yet to gather up the funds to bring it to me.

I was lucky enough to find a totaled 91 legacy turbo. I sent the block to the machinist to have it inspected and cleaned. I'm using some 9:1 cp pistons and pauter rods. The cams are Kelford 274/276. The rest of the valvetrain consists of Ferrea components.

The 517 was on c16 and meth and 30 psi. The everyday tune on meth and 93 is 450whp 438tq at 26 psi.

Stock headbolts and stock STi gaskets ftw.

Dyno video

http://s118.photobucket.com/albums/o...t=MVI_0357.flv

This was on a mild tune on 87 octane with the 35r .63 housing. I have made many changes and adjustments since then. I know that it is making more power now. I just don't know how much.
This is what happened last year. I have not had it on a dyno since but I know it is making alot more power know, enough to do this.

First clutch:

Fused the dual disk clutch shifting in third. Exedy warrented it and sent me this.It has held up.

Then this happened. Again in third gear. The PPG parts held up, but the case just could not hold up.

I have now installed a 06 six speed and a new R180 diff. I hope they hold.
