Exclamation STi longblock, WRX everything else?!

I have an EJ257 which used to be a hybrid, BUT just aquired a set of STi heads with 35k on them. I'm using my WRX intake manifold, throttlebody, so on and so fourth, and I'll also be using the WRX computer + wiring harness. How do i use AVCS heads without actually using the AVCS? Have all the solenoids and the heads are complete with the oil lines for them. I was told i needed to "block" the holes in the cams? Someone shoot me some insight lol, remember, stock WRX harness so i cant plug in the solenoids!
