Default wrx downpipe on a 2.5 rs-t or vise versa?

i was directed hear, maybe you guys would know more than the factory force induction guys. i have a wrx and someone is selling a custom downpipe for a 2.5 rs-t with the wrx turbo, header, uppipe. so same turbo, manifold and stuff on his car as the wrx. his downpipe replaces the midpipe as well and bolts straight onto the catback exhaust, should this fit the wrx without modifications or minor modifications?
