Different car 650whp with id2ks/Walbro 400 @ 32psi. It is hitting 95% IDC stock lines, stock reg. I bet with some more base pressure we can get 700whp

1200's should be enough.. you just have to remember that the id1000s don't actually flow very close to 1000cc. I don't remember off the top of my head, but I think at stock fuel pressure they flow in the high 800s. I'm sure several people here know exactly how much they flow.

50 base should get you to max out the 30r. I did it last week with DW1000s and a aero 340. Made 475ish @ 25psi with 90% duty cycle

I've been thinking of switching to e85 and this is my current setup
ej205, wiseco pistons, stock rods, walbro 255, vf23, full 3" exhaust, fmic, currently sti pinks, intake, apexi ebc.

From what I have researched, I should go with dw1000 and a tune? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

And also later, I would like to get a bigger turbo. I was thinking either hta 68 or td06-18xt.
This is going to mainly be used for daily driving and maybe a few track days.
Am I dumb for these turbo choices?

I'll sell my id1000s if you want em bro...i feel im gonna need bigger.

At 24#s my ids were at 110% on 93. I dont see how putting a walbro 400 & cranking pressure up to 50#s gives me 30-40% more fuel...but i'd love to be wrong.

Walbro 400 will hold pressure to red line. Your 255 more then likely drops pressure.. The ID injectors need steady pressure to achieve there flow capabilities.
If a set of DW1000s can supply enough fuel to max out a 30r on e85, I don't think you will have an issue running id1000s with your setup as long as you have the proper pressure.

After some AVCS and timing changes, I have improved to 400 WHP @ 6000 RPM and 415 WTQ at 4600 RPM on E60 at 23 psi... My spoolup region is still a little rich, so I tweaked that in the UTEC and made some more AVCS changes, but I just reflashed the ECU and won't be going out again tonight to get new Airboy numbers. I'm pretty happy with it now though - 300+ WTQ from 3000 RPM to 6750 RPM, and 300+ WHP from 4000 RPM to redline.
