Default EK20k Apexi Power FC remote key fob question!

I am not sure maybe I should have posted this under the engine management section? Either way as the post states I have an Apexi Power FC engine management system in my car. My question is since it has been swapped out my remote keyfob to lock unlock the doors does not work. I need a new keyfob anyways as I never got one with the car but is there anyway to reinstall a new remote? Or am i stuck to use a key to unlock forever? If so what remote do I need and install info? Not really wanting to have the stealership try to get me a new one installed and screw something up if they even would work on it. I've searched and can't seem to find anything on this topic? anyone else have this problem???
Thanks in advance
David

The power FC is not related to the wiring for your key FOB. I have switched between both Power FC and stock ECU and it does not affect the Key FOB.

Check the battery on your FOB, check the power lock fuses, and check your wiring.

Thanks I'll have to check and see but my car has been swapped so I'm not sure the wiring is there. I'll have to look and see. It probably did not have that option and I'll have to put it in.
