Default Attn: Blk WRX Wagon (04/05 model?) Northbound Cambie-Plate #700 DNR-FIX your lights!

Wednesday night, Mar 25th, northbound on Cambie st at around 8pm

If you, the owner of this Black WRX wagon with License plate 700 DNR (im guessing it was an 04 or 05 model - year after the bug? I think it was at least...), your drop in HID's in the halogen reflectors are absolutely ridiculous...

Its not bad enough that they scatter light EVERY which way, but in your case your lights are aimed WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too high as well!

You are blinding everybody that you drive behind (and everyone coming head on as well) and its very dangerous...Every person that you happened to change lanes behind or that changed lanes in front of you was being blinded...
I could see a "blue band of light" right across every drivers eyes/forhead from the reflection of your headlights off the rear view mirror...

If you must keep your drop in HID's in those halogen reflectors, at least take the time to level your headlights so they arnt aimed sky high...

thanks for the heads up. Must have been thursday night (I teach jiu jitsu on wednesday nights in richmond). A suburban back into me while I was in the gym and jacked up my front mount, broke one of my fog lights etc. I didn't even think to check the HID's.

I'll have it adjusted today.

I hope it wasn't a hit-and-run.

Anyway, I'll close this thread so it doesn't get postwhored with respect to other bad HID setups. Good luck in re-aiming your lights.

LaterZ!
Darren!!
