all I know is Kubica will probably win.

Vettel will score points, but most likely not podium.

There is generally less carnage at Malyasia then in Australia...at least after the first turn. I think Button and Barrichello will still dominate, if there isn't a safety car Button would have easily been 45 seconds ahead of the field at his second stop (other than Vettel). I also assume there will be rain, but any predictions before Friday I won't take as fact, weatherman are hacks to begin with, and that area of the world has rain constantly anyways.

Waiting until post-quali to Pick6. Just no point in doing it before the grid is more or less set.

This weekend is going to be fun!

F1 qualifying Friday night
ALMS at Saint Pete on Saturday (ABC)
IndyCar qualifying at Saint Pete on Vs Saturday afternoon
F1 at Sepang early Sunday morning on the dvr
IndyCar at Saint Pete in the afternoon.

Button and Barichello dueling it out at a rain soaked Sepang while Hamilton fights from the back row. Can't wait!

Well I think Brawn will still have the advantage for the next race or two so they will be near the front. Barrichello may be better then in the rain Jenson but they both have better are grip then anyone else

Massa is not good in the rain no matter how many time he says he is, so I'm guessing he will punt it at some point (Its a shame I like him).

Alonso is good in the rain so is Hammy so I expect to see them in the points.

Buemi is also reported to be good in the rain I expect him to pull a point or two.

Kimi is also decent in the rain,and Vettel at lest has confidence in the rain after last year

So I'm guessing

R.Barrichello;
J.Button;
R.Kubica;
S.Vettel;
L.Hamilton;
K.Raikkonen;
F.Alonso;
S.Buemi

Did you watch last year's Grand Prix of Monaco? Massa is fine in the rain, the 2008 Ferrari on the other hand was not. The Brawn's ability to be easy on it's tires may prove to be a bad thing in the wet. Like last year's Ferrari, if they can't get heat into the wets they're going nowhere.

Well its all new for this season, and none of the teams have any logs of the tires in the rain as the tires are new too.

As much as I would like it to be dry, I think i vote for rain this time.

+1 I like Alonso in these kind of conditions. I hope Renault will do something this year... I really feel they are the underdogs of the group being that they are a factory supported team and have had mediocre results. After the last 4-5 races last year, I thought they really would of had a shot of being really competitive in the season opener.

If by "do it again" you mean fail, then I hope so. They will figure things out soon enough, let's give everyone else a head start. Go Button and Hammie. Looking forward to seeing Vettel run a strong race too.

I think that was deceptive really. The early part of the GP, everyone was tippy-toeing around, so Massa wasn't under much pressure. But as soon as the track got faster, and everyone turned it up a bit, he had his schmozzle.
