Default auto-6 speed

If i did an auto to 6 speed swap, what would i have to change as far as the wiring/ ECU in order to later on get a COBB stage 2 im aware of everyhtign mechanical tranny/diff/ axles. but mainly concerned with tuning. or would i just use an auto tranny AP

im thinkin any 02-07 wrx. I want a 6 speed and also low milage and since im going ot do a tranny swap anyway why not go for the autos they are cheaper and typically easier driven and unmolested
