you will likely get a better response in a different forum, since this has nothing to do with built engines.

May try the 2.5 forums (the residents of which will tell you to use the Search function) or the newb forum where you can try your luck.

Just waiting for someone to answer back with some crazy robo-cop looking thing....

Be a little bit more specific in what you go with the car and what kinda turbo you want to run with it? It seems like you're still running the OEM turbo which doesn't really need this stuff, its just kinda bling at your turbo/air flow levels/needs. Those two mods will help more once you break beyond an 18g turbo size IMHO.

You'll notice more gains when you go with a much larger setup. With anything up to 20G, I'd say the stock header works well. With the equal lengths out there, you're looking at gaining up to 15hp peak, but may be up to 20hp mid-range. Overall power is gained throughout the powerband with equal lengths and they are the headers to get for power.

Buy a JDM Twinscroll header and make an uppipe joining into 1 before the turbo. This is the best setup IMO for quality, long lasting and price.

I heard a lot of people complaining about headers cracking so I went with grimmspeed ported and coated stockers. Why do you want an aftermarket intake? Like everyone has said already this will help you way more if you have a big turbo or go rotated.

I Love that turbo placement!!! Way hotter exhaust gasses! and yes thats an AWIC, you can see the two water lines coming out the left side.

thescoob05 like someone mentioned, with a stock turbo you really don't have the NEED for a header, but overall you would benefit from one in that you drop a ton of weight from the cast iron stocker to a SS aftermarket piece and it also you would be able to squeeze a few more horses out of your current setup.

Fullrace prostock mount header is the best with the cosworth intake manifold also being the best. these will outperform and out last most other options on the market.
