P0500 and P1540

Was taking my car on the highway before taking it through motor vehicle. The turbo is functioning fine and there are less instances of the car wanting to cut off. While getting entering the highway, the check engine light came on. I then took the car home and checked what the check engine lights were for.

Two codes came up. They were P0500 and P1540. This was checked using an M100 PDA and Pocketlogger software. I cleared them out of the car and checked online to see what they were for. It says P0500 is 'Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction' and P01540 is 'Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction 2'. I need to take the wifey and son to an Aquarium right now and will be checking into this later.

Has anyone else received this code and if so, what did you do about it? BTW: I am using a NEO SAFC but have not starting setting anything up with it. It was setup as the shop the turbo was installed in. Thanks ahead of time.
