Default anyone have Cobb's stage 3 short block

I was thinking about possibly getting this engine. Anyone have it in there car or know of any positives or negatives about it. I'll take any info you guys can throw at me. Thanks.

Well....I don't know if it was a fluke but, adamsrs told me that he raced with a COBB engine and it blew on the third race.

Joe Hogan has a Cobb built block.

Other than that, I am sure there are quite a few out there (race teams etc) but nobody is vocal about it.

DJ is getting one...

Well yeah... I just meant that he is the only one I am aware of that has actually had experience with the block and has been open about it.

Oh, and I have no reason to believe a Cobb block went south. The care and knowledge put into those blocks is top notch (and they are going to be local to me in 6 months ) If it did have a problem, I'm sure it was resolved in a timely fashion. Cobb is one of the vendors that I will not hesitate to purchase from.
