Default Car won't run after fuel filter and plugs replaced

Hello Forum!
I'm driving a 96 Legacy (EJ22) 2.2L with 115,000 miles.
I just replaced the fuel filter, PCV valve, Spark plugs, and wires. I started my car and it ran for about 10 seconds, sputtered and died. I tried again to start it and the same thing happened...Engine started (but didnt sound quite right)
sputtered for about 10 seconds then died. The plugs I used were NGK and the wires were Duralast - One of the new wires in the box was longer than the others by 2 inches? And the overall length of the new wires were longer than the old ones I took off? I dont know if this has anything to do with it but thought I'd mention it. Thanks - Chris

So...I looked everything over and I noticed there was a hose not connected to the air intake tube! I attached it and started the car and it purrs like a kitten now.
I didnt see it last night because it's hidden kinda under the air intake tube and I was a little tired.
Problem Fixed!

Idle air control tube...could be. Not sure exactly but the big tube that connects to the air filter. There is a smaller tube that connects to the under side of the big tube when I took the air filter stuff off to get the plugs the hose disconnected.
