Default Invidia N1 on a 2.5i?

Somebody offered to trade me their Invidia N1 axle back for my stock STi axle back + cash. I couldn't find any videos of this exhaust on a 2.5i so I'm wondering how you guys think it would sound. I have no other exhaust mods so I'm worried that an N1 would sound (and look) pretty ricey by itself. On the other hand though, theres a video on youtube of a stock 2.5i with a TurboXS RFL Ti and it sounds pretty nice, and I think that axle back is louder than the N1.

So anyway, what do you guys think?

ya it would sound ricey on a N/A car, but if you want to I will take it off your hands, I'm looking for a N1 for my WRX. oh and the N1 is super loud depending on if its the race or street system. there both really loud, but the race will make your ears bleed.

this will give you a good idea of what i would sound like

The N1 is a super loud exhaust, which is why they are prob trying to get rid of it. I'm going to guess with your equal length headers, it will drone pretty bad in a sedan and really bad in a wagon. Even on the semi equal length stock header of the 05 and under RS, the drone was enough to drive me nutz on a friends car. I'd try and pick up a stromung piece.. mine was AWESOME for a dd and sexy with boral headers.

ehh running 3" exhaust on a 2.5i is not a good idea. stick with 2.5" or 2.25"

i just installed borla uel headers on my 2.5i, trust me it was a p.i.t.a. but soooooo worth it, i had an axle back 3" with a 4" outlet like the n1 does with e/l headers. sounded..... ok. however when i installed the headers with an rs catpipe, holy crap it sounds amazing, i sit next to my buddies sti and it sounds almost identical besides his spool and bov haha
