Default what turbo>>built motor, cams, hydra, hydramist etc

well i have come to that road where iam in need of more power. my goals are to get somewhere near 600, close to it and make my sti a consistant 10sec vehicle. my sti contains the following
built motor forged rods, pistons and its sleeved motor built b ar fab
heads have complete ferrera valvetrain with mild port.
**soon to have BC 278 or 280 cams installed**
1000cc injectors with a busher double pumper
ultimate racing t3 up and downpipe rotated
hydra, hydramist
apexi gt exhaust
modified perrin fmic 3inch pipping

all iam missing is the turbo for my kit. i want to keep the turbo in a precision for since pretty much for the money you get allot. i like the precision lineup so that will be my turbo of choice. some of my options are the
precision billet 6262
precision 6057
precision 6062

iam leaning towards the 6262 because of the billet centercartridge and new design.but not many people have a fully built sti with these turbos. let me know what you guys think. all i need is the turbo now.
thanks

The 6262 is better than any of the cast wheels you mentioned, IMO. full boost @ 4250 in 4th gear. I've run this turbo charger for the past 7 months with my previous turbo being hte 6169. The transient response is better and overall spoolup dwarfs the 6169. The 6262 also uses 5% more fuel at the same boost than the 6169.

so thats nice to know. iam loving the 6262 more and more. what type of power did you get out of it and have you ran it yet on race fuel. how does it react. full boost at 4250 is impressive when you look at the size of this turbo.

i was going over that too. might not be. my injectors are the precision 1000cc. i might have to step up to a 1200cc or even a 1600

Go 6262, it would be my choice given the same circumstances and criteria.

Should be more than enough... I'm making ~507hp at the crank using 76% of the 1000cc injectors
