Default Best most extravagant desserts in PHX?

So I know we have had discussions about best food in the valley, etc.... I am looking for a place to take the wife with the best and most extravagant desserts?

I know Camelback Inn used to have a fantastic Soufflé, but any other ideas? (Its our 3 (or 4) year wedding anniversary.

I don't know anywhere in the valley that is that well recognized for just dessert. But there is a cake at costco that fits your description. Not even sure if they sell it anymore. Not just the regular cakes or sheet cakes. It is like triple chocolate or something like that.. it is the richest most over the top thing I have ever eaten.. it is like pure fudge it is unreal. Chop off a piece of that and put it on a plate.. it will be better then any of the stuff in the usual places around town.. It's fairly expensive too at 30 bucks for a standard size round. Go out to eat.. score one of those and stay in for desert..

Cowboy Ciao has some great deserts. Their Cuppa Red Hot Chocolate seems pretty popular; it's very good and I don't regularly like chocolate. Extravagant? <shrug>
