There are many places around this forum I've seen it said that the twin turbo motors are not designed to clear the left hand drive steering rack and brake booster. I've never seen anyone who has done the amount of modification necessary to get it to work, but I'm guessing you'd need to move the turbo(s) somehow.

Buy a RHD clip and convert it, you get into a mess b/c of the way the car only spools one turbo at a time, there is a "plug" that is controlled by a vacumme canister in the up pipe of the secondary turbo, so if you move it you have to move everything that goes with it. these cars have more vacumme lines that a 79 chevette in california.
It is doable, but dont expect it to be something fast or reliable.
The turbo intake will not fit under a WRX intake manifold or a 2.5rs manifold. so you'd need that.
If you do get it together i would recommend using an 02-03 wrx ecu, b/c of the tuning potential, i dont think there is anything out there for the older subaru's.

I have a twin setup off a B4 Liberty, if your interested i will send you some detailed pictures if it will help, and the name of a guy who can get you the setup.

It's been done before. By one person. Ever. And it took him over a year of almost non-stop work.
It will be fast and reliable if done right, but your original post doesn't make it seem like you have the knowledge, skill, or ingenuity to make it work.

+123456789... Sit down and do some research, you'll find everything out that you could possibly want... Oh the twin turbo set up is complete junk (turbo's, their controls ect)

its been done by some guy on rs25 he had a 2.5rs gc chasis it was a repainted yellow one. it was almost complete just with no tune. the car was usdm left hand drive too. last time i've seen it was on craigslist for sale for soooooo cheap like 5k i guess the project failed. so if i were you i'd sell the motor and buy an ej20g for cheap or just put the stock motor back on cuz this is a complete waste of time.

you could wait and watch your 95 impreza sit in the same place for a longg time while you try to figure out how things work, but you never will. i dont understand why you would do this in the first place. were you looking for what, power??? there is no tuning solutions for that motor and ecu. if you upgrade with bolt ons how are you going to deal with tuning? you'll end up blowing the motor. or you just want a car with 2 turbos cuz it looks cool?? ej205, ej20g are so much easier to do and plenty of more people have knowledge about those swaps if you run into trouble im sure you'll get lots of more help than this.

the only way that projects like this can be completed is probably if you work for a subaru swap specialist shop and this is part of a shop project... sorry if i came off harsh but i think sawpping a twin turbo motor is just a waste of your time. time is precious so save it for something else. like a swap that is more common.

why cant he just replace the piping and everything for a custom kit? basically moving the turbo's

or just buy a 2.5 and have it built for a TT setup if you really want

I saw one of those TT legacy engines on ebay little while ago and they were suggesting to put it in an impreza.. I emailed them and told them to put a disclaimer that it wont work on LHD cars... and they replied acting really stupid like they didnt understand a word I said...
