Trade my Impreza 2.0R 2008 for a WRX 2008

Ok I had an 08 Impreza 2.0R (yes 2.0 not sold in USA) that I bought on October 2007 and at the beginning of this year I have a great deal on a 2008 WRX and I trade in my ride and change it.
I know the 2009 WRX its awesome, but not at that price (22,000 USD)
Here are the pics of both mi cars.
The WRX does not have any mods really, just the garage front lip, painted clippers and window tint, that’s all, no accessories are sold here in the Subaru of Mexico and the one that is closest to where I live in Pharr Texas is going out of business

there is usually a silver stripe, but its all black on his

How much crank horsepower does the 2.0 NA have?

if it has same specs with my edm 2.0r then 160hp.

the 2.0 has 150hp, (www.subaru.com.mx) and the wrx specs are the same as the US model.
