I'm running a GS crosspipe with manifold's I ported myself. Essentially the same setup without coating, but I'm using heatshields.
One of my injector o-rings was on its way out with a slight leak, and totally obliterated itself this morning, so tuning is on hold for the moment. While it's under the knife I'm going to change the plugs to OE heat range copper v-grooves, I was getting a little blowout at high rpm with the E85.

Very nice. That graph would seem to suggest that there's more to be had from 4000-5500 RPM as well.

Went out running tonight with some 30r sti built guys. I think they were impressed. Seeing as i'm still completely stock block and we turned it down to 390whp
800cc and the IDC you don't even want to know. |

^^first motor popped from the tune (too much boost and timing)
Second motor spun a crank bearing due to either over revving it or wristpin clip popping out of its hole. |

ohh yeah! you could feel it pull timing, and then it smelled like oil was burning and then it popped a CEL. we pulled it when we got off the HWY and p0304 misfire on 4. I'm averaging 25k per motor. I currently have 50K on the odometer. so not too bad, considering I beat the piss out of my car. My tranny held up the whole time, but this last motor I decided to pull that and go to a 6 speed.

Yeah, I knew this turbo would be a little monster when cranked with good fuel..
For what it is, a tweaked 16g, it flat out rocks. For a street daily driver, that is a very nice fat area under the curve.. I like.. Which is why I ordered one up.. Should do nicely in my e85 burning wagon.. |

I just tuned one of these on a Forrester XT 2.5L and wow was this thing quick. Only running 18 PSI at the moment as he is on stock fuel system/Stock IC but car is wicked quick and spool up is like stock. Definately making 300 WHP based on AF ratios and inj duty cycles.

My hta68 which has about a 10psi spring in it (or something close to that) will creep to a little over 16 psi in the cold. Now, seeing as that is lower then my boost target, it doesn't really matter. |

If you can drive, high 11's/low 12's are more than doable with supporting mods (at sea level). Goint Green on the 2.5ltr with just 93 pump, IMHO, sucks. It will make 10-15 more peak, but you will loose the insta-boost of the 68. |
