Default Are these Cams Safe To Re-Use?

So I have my heads apart and my 83k mile cams look a little off. They have obvious tracks where the roller rockers roll across the lobes. Running your fingernail across the lobes, you can't feel the marks at all. Additionally, the journals/bearings on the head and cam cap have light scuffing in places. Do these cams look like they're safe to re-use?
