right hand side drive conversions?

Hey anyone know about right hand side drive conversions?

If there are any vendors on here (well shops really) with the know how and a ballpark price?

I am kinda looking into seeing the price to see if it would be worth doing or would it be worth tryn to get one from Japan or Canada.

Any input is ok (cept the haters)

pride performance is doing a rhd swap on an sti right now. try giving them a call for a ballpark price.

my car a crazy situation, victim of Mike Wagle (don't know who he is? search here), and jay is the man. he is very thorough and dedicated. but my personal advice is that you have to realize how much money yo uare going to be putting into such an painstakingly long extreme modification (just think about how much you are putting in just for the clip). but they can definitely do it.

I did a RHD conversion on my 98. I worked on it from friday night straight through till sunday night with no sleep and i got it done. It can be done and it really isnt that hard, it is just really time consuming.

Lol i actually called them the other night and had a chat with one of the guys. He gave me a rundown of the story on the Rex sti being converted something about parts were on order I think.

Good to know those cats do some serious good work though.

He broke down the process and such for me over the phone and assured me they do things right and make it safe for the customer.

When that is done bro pop up some pics for sure cannot wait to see it.

Actually I had a thought.

What is the biggest sti motor/ drive train you can put in a 98 - 01?

cause if I wanted to I could just find a good shape cheap L run the STi engine/drive train swap and do a conversion at the same time.

I mean sure it would prolly cost 7grand for the whole thing but cheaper in the long run right?
