Looking at getting it plus the ceramic coating plus thinking about the TB too. The hard part is finding time I don't need my car where I can pull the parts off the car, bum a ride up, get the work done, and get it back and on my car before I need it again...either that or buy a used IM and TB to have the work done and swap them in at my leisure.

The port job should raise the peak torque band. The average diameter of the IM defines the peak torque point. You can also gain some improved flow characteristics, but you may not get all that great advantage until you P&P the heads too.
