530ish.. It made 6XX before on race gas, but due to boost issues we were never able to make a pass at that level.

Utec was on the car for the 10.7 pass and the 11.0 passes on pumpgas.
After the cams etc, we switched out to the Hydra.

Awesome numbers!

Is that typical lag for a 2008 STI? Looks like boost comes on hard ~5500rpm? Just curious, the 8000rpm looks nice though!

Do you have a before and after graph to post?

100% pump and 27psi? Thats crazy stuff there...thought that pump gas was limited to more of a lower boost like lower 20's.

Since this is your shop car, can you guys put a stock STi manifold on and see what the horsepower difference is? I know this is a lot to ask, but it would really help us all decide if this Cosworth manifold is worth the extra money. You all have perfect experimental conditions...no changes to anything except the manifold.

LOL... We need to see what your 84% duty cycle 1200cc pumpgas car is going to trap.. I say 136
We already know what it takes to see 105@1/8th... Your probably making 50 more on 93..

The cams and intake moved the power over to the right. Its were it needs to be so we can go fast @ the track.
Car is a beast on the street, comes on boost fast and moves out even faster.

It all depends on the way your motor is moving air. I plan to run 30-32 on straight 93 with my GC with a pretty big turbo.
For comparison, I run 27-30psi on 93 with certain evos.. All between 130-132mph traps on 93. I have one that I did that is probably going to go 136+ on 93.. 1 car has been on the same motor for around 2 years..

To tell you the truth.. It has never even crossed our minds. We like to race, and build our guys bad ass cars. We rather have less , then more then we can handle. We feel this gives us the best 1 on 1 with our guys.. Whether its a 100hp civic or a 1500+whp mustang its the same to us.

Rather be humble and have fast cars, then big mouths and flashy with slow broken ****.

On a side note
Jimmy has been approached by a few mags already about his 993 TwinTurbo
1300+whp
2200lbs
Dog Box
Drag Radials

So its actually 474whp

Still very impressive for pump gas. I wish we could run 27psi on Cali 91!

What size injectors are you using?

Did you notice a big difference once you switched to the Cosworth intake manifold?

And you're not using stock fuel return line?
